Full of plot holes
As a movie "Cardinal Matter" does not matter. The script was weak and full of plot holes. Various actions of the different characters throughout the movie was not logical and script also fails to provide any explanation about these actions. Throughout the movie you miss the logic dearly but in the climax scene logic will disappear entirely. You will wonder this is why I waste my precious time and money. Although acting skill of some of the actors and actresses was decent enough, but others were horrible. Tim Parrish who played the role of policeman could not look into the other persons eye for five seconds when delivering a dialogue. He was always looking here and there. The sheriff was another character who hardly had any expression in his face. Matthew Stannah who played the role of Cale Fleischer acts quite decently but when he had to deliver a long dialogue his expressions got messed up towards the end. And the extras who has the small roles they are the worst. Bottom line NOT RECOMMENDED.

Ex-GI Austin Blum (Zav Titus) moseys into Dubois, Wyoming looking for work and visit his cousin Hunter (Seth Fowler.) His first task is to bail Hunter out of jail for possession with intent to distribute. The local pharmaceutical company is closing down and Hunter and his friends managed to acquire some experimental product and the company wants it back at all costs. This sets off a hornets' nest of activity for a small town that never calls for any help. This could have been an interesting film with a budget and Tarantino directing. The characters were on the dry side. The dialogue needed some zip. Guide: F-word. No sex or nudity. Does Kelsey Crane have some gorgeous eyes or what?
A One Time Watch Only Movie - Not As Bad As Past Reviews Reflect
07/24/2018 Not a terrible movie, just not a great one. The foundation of the movie is the theft of a new military experimental battlefield injection that temporarily seals soldiers wounds and stops immediate death. Of course the drug falls into the wrong hands and that forms the storyline for this movie. Acting was pretty good but viewers will have to try to overlook alot of writer/director flaws as it unfolds if you are going to enjoy it. I liked it for what it was and can recommend it for a one time watch only. You decide as always. Bon Appetit
dont waste your time
Turned this movie on just for something to watch and didnt have any expectations but it was just plain boring, the story sucks and the ending is even worse.
