After losing his pregnant wife an ex DEA agent becomes a Contract Killer working with a underground mercenary company. A mysteriously beautiful woman named Katara with a dark troubled past is assigned a contract together. She is a highly trained killer that quickly becomes disturbed that she has a partner, and he agrees especially that he has to work with a woman. The mission requires that they must go undercover on the inside as a couple to protect their deadly idenity. The two are told from the beginning that it is forbidden to get involved personally with each other and breaking rules comes consequenses.
