• Surprisingly solid movie

  I Just wanted to point out that I've just watched this and I'm definitely not in any way involved in the production of it as so many seem to be accusing others of. I'm not reviewing every detail as many have already but I must say Katie Cassidy is absolutely stunning and really puts forth a great performance here as well as the lovely Tracy Spiridakos. I gave it a solid 8. I'm just not sure where these people are getting a 1 from....have they seen what I've just seen? There are far far worse movies out there. Battleship for instance is certainly a horrible movie and deserves a 1. I was thoroughly entertained from start to finish and that's more than I can say about a lot of the other movies I've seen recently. I suggest checking it out. Is it Oscar worthy? No. Is worthy of an hour and a half of your time? Certainly!

• Two girls become roommates and turn to murder to fix their problems

  I just watched this movie and am kind of upset with all these bad comments about it!! I thought it turned out to be really good, even though it takes a little while for the movie to pick up and get interesting. There are so many twists and turns, and the ending was a shocker. The end of the movie summed everything up and made the whole thing 10x better. It gets intriguing after a while and the acting gets a whole lot better! So don't just watch 10 minutes of it and shut it off.....watch the entire movie and you will be glad you did! :) This movie turned out better than I expected !! (DONT WATCH THE TRAILER...IT SPOILS EVERYTHING!)

• Predictable and Shallow Thriller

  The college student Natalie Ross (Leah Gibson) goes missing and her friend and roommate Amanda Rowe (Katie Cassidy) accuses her ex-boyfriend Cameron McClure (Torrance Coombs) to the police. However nothing is proved against Cameron and Amanda's roommate Zoe (Shannon Chan-Kent) decides to rent Natalie's room to share the expenses of their house. They accept the student Hayley Jones (Tracy Spiridakos) and she gets close to Amanda. When the upset Cameron threatens Amanda, Hayley defends her and they have a close relationship. Soon Cameron breaks in their house and hits Amanda; however Hayley arrives at home and hits Cameron on the head with an axe. Hayley convinces Amanda to hide the corpse, burying in the farm of her abusive father Garret Jones (Donal Logue). Then she tries to convince Amanda to kill Garret, but Amanda refuses. Hayley kidnaps Amanda's friend Mark (Adam DiMarco) to force Amanda to kill her father. What will Amanda do? "Kill for Me" is a predictable and shallow straight for video thriller. The characters are poorly developed and Cameron, for example, is murdered and forgotten by the plot. The bisexual Amanda is also a confused character and it is not clear why she had accused Cameron for the disappearance of Natalie. The conclusion is corny and is not clear why Garret has kept Natalie alive in the hole. As most of these average thrillers, the conclusion offers an easy moralist solution to all the problems, with the villains dead and the redemption of the lead character. My vote is five. Title (Brazil): "Sentença de Morte" ("Death Sentence")

• Decent movie, worth the watch

  Honest review. A lot of these recent reviews are 1 star, however this movie is DEFIANTLY worth more than that. all the 1 star reviews are probably due to retaliation to the 10 star ratings. Simply put: the movie is a good thriller and definitely worth watching. It's got a smart plot and i really like the two main actresses. (katie cassidy and tracy spiridakos) bottom line, if you're thinking about watching this movie, do it, i enjoyed it. also, i would recommend not reading to many reviews because they could have spoilers in them.

• Another piece of my life I'll never get back.

  Armed with a solid 9.2 rating (that's what it was at when I watched the movie!), what could possibly go wrong?? Well, as per usual, the cast and crew and all of their families and friends voted for this movie on its day of release, and as a result, it had a score of 9.2/10 when I watched it... THAT'S what went wrong! If you check the ratings, you will see that over 1/4 of the people who subsequently voted for this movie, gave it a score of 1/10, and there's a very good reason for that... can you guess what it is? I strongly suggest you ignore those who voted 10/10, unless you trust ratings from those involved in the making of the movie, and don't believe reviews from anyone who tells you this movie is suspenseful or full of twists and turns or gripping or thrilling or anything of the sort! This movie is absolute garbage and I'd take any review to the contrary with an extremely large pinch of salt! Do yourself a favor... sit in your garden with some popcorn and watch the grass grow. Trust me, it would be far more exciting than this movie!
