Fascinating plot full of sharp sense of humor and extraordinary adventures! ...The Minister of Culture of Ethiopia grants an ancient crock to the Armenian Ambassador, who takes it with him to Armenia. However, it soon becomes clear, that the gift is not only an act of cultural diplomatic mission, but an elaborated operation meant to provoke a kidnapping attempt to reveal the "crime syndicate" and catch them red-handed. The main character Narek is in love with the Ambassador's daughter. He visits the girl's family at a country cottage to get acquainted with her parents. He is a vet and works in a circus. He brings a Mickey the monkey with him and tries to put it out of sight of the Ambassador and his wife. But everything goes out of control.
