Sudipa, a lady in her late thirties with a successful career is travelling alone and Malini, a friendly homemaker is travelling with her 6 years old daughter. By chance, they become co-passengers from Mumbai to Kolkata. Throughout the journey, Malini tries to befriend Sudipa with her stories about her husband and family and Sudipa gets irritated as her past is scarred by a failed marriage, though finally certain revelations get Sudipa interested in Malini and her stories. Certain revelations trigger introspection in her heart and she starts rethinking her life after 14 years.
