  This is another fine effort from the young American Revisionist Eric Hunt. As with "The Last Days Of The Big Lie" he uses much testimony from so-called survivors to demonstrate what everyone knows but only the foolish or the brave will admit: when survivor testimony is credible, it does not support the Exterminationist hypothesis, and when it does support the Exterminationist hypothesis, it is not credible. Another thing he demonstrates is the incredible shrinking death toll of this camp, from two million originally to 235,000 in 1992 - those are the Exterminationist claims; the Revisionist claims are much lower. The Exterminationist death toll has since been revised downwards further. As well as exposing the propaganda fakes, perhaps most alluringly, Hunt has dug out some early footage of delousing from Ellis Island. Heck, there were "gas chambers" there too! There is a lot more to this film, which is one every independent- minded individual should watch, even though there are those who wish you wouldn't. The one criticism that can be made of it is the same that can be made of his previous effort, namely Hunt's acceptance of the conspiracy narrative. Peddling this is to some extent playing into the hands of the Exterminationist lobby; the reality is that whatever lies were told during and shortly after the Second World War have now been subsumed by hysteria and self-deception. One might just as well claim that a belief in spirit mediumship or the Loch Ness Monster is a conspiracy. So what has been the response to this and similar documentaries? The silent treatment does not work anymore, so apart from legal bans - principally in Germany - there remain only epithets and righteous indignation.
